1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BillDynamoSaaS platform, web dashboard, or Android mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BillDynamo provides cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software, table management, digital billing, kitchen display systems (KDS), thermal receipt printing integrations, and inventory control tools tailored for cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and retail establishments.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To utilize our POS features, you must register a merchant account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PINs, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Hardware & Bluetooth Printer Integrations
BillDynamo interfaces with external hardware such as Bluetooth or USB thermal receipt printers via standard ESC/POS command protocols. While we design our software to be broadly compatible with industry-standard 58mm and 80mm printers, you are responsible for ensuring your hardware device maintains appropriate connectivity and battery levels.
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
Certain advanced modules and multi-counter features may require an active paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified during signup. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, logos, trademarks, and user interfaces comprising BillDynamo are the exclusive property of BillDynamo and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your internal business operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillDynamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or hardware accessories.
