Welcome to BillDynamo ("we", "our", or "us"). BillDynamo provides a modern Point of Sale (POS), restaurant billing, kitchen display system (KDS), and inventory management service accessible via our web application and official Android mobile application (Package Name: com.billdynamo.pos).

This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded when you access our platforms, products, and services. We are dedicated to ensuring maximum privacy and data security for all our cafe, restaurant, and retail partners.

2. Android Mobile Application Device Permissions

To operate smoothly on Android mobile devices and provide reliable in-store receipt printing and alert mechanisms, the BillDynamo mobile application requests specific device hardware permissions:

• Bluetooth & Nearby Devices (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Used solely to discover, pair with, and transmit raw ESC/POS print commands to portable or desktop Bluetooth thermal receipt printers (58mm/80mm). We do not transmit or expose any personal customer data over Bluetooth.
• Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Required strictly by the Android operating system framework (specifically on Android 11 and lower) in order to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripheral hardware scans for nearby receipt printers. BillDynamo does NOT track, record, share, or sell your GPS geographical coordinates.
• Audio Alerts & Chimes: The app utilizes device speakers to play audible alert tones when new kitchen orders arrive or receipts are printed. The BillDynamo application does NOT record ambient audio, nor does it access or require microphone recording privileges.

3. Information We Collect

When you register and use BillDynamo, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Profile Details: Business name, owner/staff contact name, email address, contact phone number, and physical store address.
• Merchant Operational Data: Product catalog items, pricing, inventory balances, tax/GST rates, table configurations, and staff assignments.
• Billing & Transaction Records: Invoices generated, payment mode breakdown (Cash, UPI, Card), timestamps, and optional customer billing phone numbers (used solely for dispatching WhatsApp e-bills at checkout).

4. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data to:

• Facilitate instant point-of-sale order punch, KDS routing, and receipt generation.
• Synchronize sales records securely across your store devices and cloud dashboards.
• Generate GST tax summaries and business performance analytics for your store.
• Provide active customer support, troubleshooting, and software update notices.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-grade technical safeguards to protect your records. All network data transfers between the BillDynamo mobile application and our servers are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Critical credentials and session tokens on mobile devices are stored securely in encrypted platform storage (Android Keystore / SecureStore).

6. Account & Data Deletion Rights

In full compliance with Google Play Store policies and global privacy regulations, you have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated store data.

To request full account deletion, you may email us directly at info.billdynamo@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered merchant email. Your account credentials, catalog, and store data will be permanently wiped from our production servers within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data to third-party advertisers. We may utilize reputable infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, push notification infrastructure, and SMS/WhatsApp gateways) solely for delivering core application services.
